Please remember if your Billing address is different to the Postal Address you’ll receive instructions on how to amend once you have subscribed.

The price for membership is £25.00 per Week.

Terms of Service

  1. If you wish to make any changes to an order, please do so by logging in to the Fleur de Lis website and using the Change my subscription option. Alternatively you can email [email protected] or call 07740192219.
  2. Changes to your subscription must be requested before midday on Monday for weekly and fortnightly deliveries, monthly must be before midday on the last Monday of the month. Any changes made after this point will still be processed, but will only affect deliveries from the following week 
  3. Flowers are despatched every Wednesday via courier. If you wish to collect your order, please contact Fleur de Lis by phone or email.
  4. If you ever have a problem, please get in touch via phone or email. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
  5. By joining our subscription service you understand that we offer an ongoing weekly/fortnightly/monthly delivery service. If you ever want to skip a delivery, you must opt-out using the account pages listed above, and within the two day cut off period mentioned above.
  6. We want our customers to be happy, so if you’re ever unhappy with the quality of the flowers we have sent you, please contact us and we will attempt to rectify the problem. This could be a discount on your next delivery or a replacement sent out at the next available delivery date.
  7. Flowers sent will be carefully selected for you and will vary week to week. If however there is a specific flower you don’t like eg lilies, please let us know and alternatives will be used in your delivery.
  8. Payments will be taken 2 days before your despatch date.
  9. Deliveries are made locally by Fleur de Lis and further afield by courier. Next day delivery is used to send the flowers via courier so they should be with you on Thursday of each week. Please arrange with Fleur de Lis a secure area to leave your flowers if there is no one home to accept the delivery.
  10. Please do not misuse the website or introduce viruses or harmful code.
  11. All photos and content on Fleur de Lis website remain the property of Fleur de Lis, please do not republish, edit or modify in anyway.
